Haven HealthCare is a full-service home health care agency, offering both medical and non-medical home care to families throughout the Salt Lake Utah area. Our service area includes Salt Lake City as well as Ogden, Provo and surrounding cities. Services include nursing care, physical and occupational therapy, post-hospital rehabilitation, extended care, wound care, home health aides, medical social workers, medication management, and hospice care. Home caregivers and personal care assistants provide help with activities of daily living, senior and eldercare, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, transportation and companionship.
