Working together with the patient’s physician, a skilled team of home health or hospice professionals looks after your patient’s physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs. One of the goals of home healthcare is to provide patients and families the care, education, and support needed for them to become independent in their own care. Home care services may include skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, medical social services, home health aides, and personal caregivers. Hospice care involves a team approach for pain management and symptom control, as well as emotional and spiritual support, and bereavment counseling for the entire family.

Non-medical home care for your patients

When activities of daily living become difficult for your patient to perform on his or her own, that’s when a caregiver can make all the difference in improving the quality of the patient’s life; tasks that were once simple have become too tiring and burdensome for the patient to consistently manage.

Our non-medical caregivers can assist patients who may need extra help in their home with personal hygiene, meal preparation, laundry, transportation and many different areas of personal assistance. We have qualified, compassionate caregivers who are available to assist for just a few hours or up to 24 hours a day.
