Haven HealthCare is a full service agency that offers both medical and non-medical home care to families throughout the greater Salt Lake City region. Few agencies are able to provide as broad a range of in-home care, from licensed skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, and hospice care to home health aides to non-medical caregiver services including transportation, meal preparation and light housekeeping. Continuity of care is a major concern for many families. They prefer to avoid the stress and hassles of working with multiple service providers while attempting to coordinate care with doctors and other medical professionals.

Our case managers and certified senior advisors provide in-home assessments to develop a personalized plan of care. They also provide complete coordination of services.
