Hospice Overview

Haven Hospice provides compassionate, patient-centered home care and support for terminally ill individuals and their families. We are committed to bringing each patient choice, dignity and peace of mind. We employ an interdisciplinary team approach to create a plan of care according to a patient’s individual needs and desires. Our dedicated team of nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, trained volunteers, and bereavement specialists provides well coordinated, loving care. In addition, families and caregivers receive emotional support and assistance to care for their loved one while making sure that end of life comes naturally and peacefully.
