Services bundled at discounted hourly rates.
Hours can be extended at standard hourly rates.
Hospital or Medical Facility Transportation - $79
Up to 3 hours assistance. Includes all mileage up to 50 miles.
- Transportation home from the hospital or facility
- Drive to pick up medication, groceries, etc. on the way home
- Escort into the home and help the client get settled
- Provide comforts (meal, beverage, medication reminder, arrange bed, etc.) prior to leaving
Medical Procedure Attendant - $159
Up to 8 hours assistance. Includes all mileage up to 50 miles.
- Transportation to and from the out-patient procedure
- Drive to pick up medication, groceries, and other errands
- Provide supervision and assistance for 4 hours post-procedure
Hospital Attendant, Hospital Sitting - $199
Up to 16 hours. Can be extended at $20/hour.
- Care attendant for companionship and safety in the hospital
- Communication with family members who are not able to be present
Total Hospital & Home Assistance - $1,199
Up to 6 days assistance - 3 days in the hospital and 3 24-hour days of
recovery at home.
- Transportation to and from the procedure
- Care attendant 8 hours daily for companionship and safety
- 24-hour care when returning home from the hospital
- All errands such as groceries, drive to get medications, appointments
- Medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation
- Personal care and help with other activities of daily living
