Medical Services
Skilled Nursing
Skilled nurses provide a variety of services including disease management, post-surgical care, medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care. Our experienced case managers coordinate and guide your overall plan of care.
Physical Therapy
Our licensed physical therapists have a depth of experience in helping patients recover from fall injuries, joint replacement surgeries, chronic or disabling conditions, and stroke related disabilities. Physical therapy services assist you in learning how to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. We also conduct a fall risk assessment at your home and make recommendations to improve safety.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy services will assist you in learning how to perform daily living skills such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting to help your return to your prior level of independence and mobility or compensate for permanent loss of function.
Speech Therapy
Our speech therapists assess, treat, and help improve speech, language, cognitive, communication, voice, swallowing, fluency, and other related disorders. They help patients restore language and communication skills to improve quality of life.
Medical Social Worker
Medical social workers help you and your family cope with chronic and acute medical conditions and handle problems that may stand in the way of your recovery or rehabilitation. They consult with you regarding financial, social, and/or transportation problems and help establish long term plans, crisis intervention, and counseling.
Certified Home Health Aide
In conjunction with skilled nursing services, Certified Home Health Aides provide assistance with bathing, personal hygiene, incontinent care, catheter care, toileting, dressing, meal preparation, and light housework on a temporary basis.
